What are Rockin'Rewards?
We value our customers and want to reward you for returning back each and every time.
Our loyalty program is an easy way to earn points and save more!

 

How do I join your loyalty program?
Joining our loyalty program is easy. If you already have a registered account on our store, then you're already a member!
All registered users are automatically enrolled.
If you don't have a registered account, simply register for an account the next time you shop and you will be enrolled in our loyalty program.
 
Please note: Users using Guest Checkout do not qualify for rewards, as they do not have an account for rewards to be applied to.
 

 
How do I earn points?
You earn 5% RockinRewards (or 2.5% for Mobile Refills.) for every dollar that you spend once you have registered with an account on our store.
How do I redeem points?

Your points are automatically redeemed for you once you have earned the minimum amount.
This means that the next time you shop with us, your store credit will be ready and waiting for you.
We want to make it easy to earn your loyalty.
How does your loyalty program work?

Earn 5% back in RockinRewards for every dollar you spend with us.
When you have enough points, you can convert them into store credit.

The more you spend, the more you earn!

 


Do my points expire?
Your points never expire.


How to View & Use our Rewards:



How do I view my rewards on a Desktop:

1. If you have earned any rewards they usually apply to your account within 2-5 Business days after your order has shipped.

2. Once applied to your account you can view them by logging in with the "Sign In" button at the top of your screen.

3. Once signed in you should see your current rewards balance appear at the top of your screen. (Example Shown Below.)

How do I view my Rewards on a Mobile Device:

1. If you have earned any rewards they usually apply to your account within 2-5 business days after your order has shipped.


2. Once applied to your account you can view them by logging in with the "Sign In" button located in the top left menu on the screen. (#1 in example below.)


3. After Logging in, with the same top left menu expanded, you should see the current balance appear next to your account. (#2 in example below.)

 How Do I Apply My Rewards to my Order?

1. To apply your Store Rewards to your order you must use the Grey "Check Out" button in the shopping cart.

Please Note: You must use the "check out" button at checkout, as using the Orange Amazon Pay and Paypal Express button in the shopping cart will take you to pay before the Store Rewards have been applied to your order.


2. On the checkout page after you have filled in your Shipping and Billing Address, you will be taken to the payment window. (Step 4)


3. Once there you will see an option to "Apply store Credit to order", (Shown with a #1 in example below.)


4. After checking the Store Credit box you will see the Store Credit applied to your order total. (Shown with a #2 in the example below.)


5. You can now choose your payment method and complete your payment.

Rules and Regulations:

  •     Reward points are available to registered online members only.
  •     Points may not be applied to accounts prior to 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  •     Points earned or redeemed do not apply to tax or delivery charges.
  •     Points are earned and redeemable by the e-mail address on account only.
  •     Points are non-transferable.
  •     Points may only be redeemed for purchases and have no cash value.
  •     Points are accumulated by current purchases only.
  •     Members must be 18 years or older.
  •     Accounts will be audited monthly and any suspicious activity will be inactivated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law when necessary.
  •     We hold the right to cancel an account at any time.
  •     Memberships without any activity after a year may be cancelled without notice.
  •     Rewards offers are subject to change without notice.
  •     Unused points never expire.


The more you use, the more you save We appreciate your repeat business, and your loyalty means the most to all of us. We intend to do all we can to continue creating more ways for our loyal customers to save and obtain even more value with every purchase.
